T. Grace Ramsey, Associate Attorney, earned their Bachelor’s Degrees in Communications and Philosophy, with minors in Religion and Faith & Vocation, from Pepperdine University Seaver College in 2021. Mx. Ramsey received their Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law along with their Master’s Degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in 2024.

 

Mx. Ramsey is dedicated to obtaining the best possible result for their clients, whether in the courtroom or at mediation. With previous experience as a Mediator at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution Mediation Clinic, Mx. Ramsey takes a methodical approach to understanding both parties’ position and all relevant laws in order to drive thoughtful and thorough settlement agreements. T. Grace Ramsey also ensures that both parties understand the mediation process by providing guidance throughout the process of what to expect and answering questions prior to, during, and following mediation. However, when settlement is not an option, Mx. Ramsey is prepared to fight for their client’s rights in the courtroom.

 

With previous experience preparing litigants in family law matters such as child custody and visitation, and child support, Mx. Ramsey is committed to excellence in their representation and believes that the client’s interests are best served by diligent, ethical representation and genuine care about achieving best possible outcomes. With this goal in mind, they work diligently to guide clients through the litigation process, explaining what clients can expect from the courts as well as preparing thoroughly researched arguments and evidence to protect their clients’ rights.

 

In addition to their experience, Mx. Ramsey served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. They also participated in various pro bono legal clinics, including the Pepperdine Legal Aid and Low-Income Taxpayer Clinics at the Union Rescue Mission in downtown Los Angeles and the Pepperdine Mediation Clinic serving as a Mediator in various Small Claims courts. Mx. Ramsey demonstrated and continues to demonstrate a passion for helping their clients through difficult cases with diligence, honesty, and empathy.

 

In their spare time, Mx. Ramsey enjoys running a Dungeons & Dragons game and crocheting while listening to an audiobook or podcast.
